Warsaw Deli Mart started with a simple belief: that a sandwich should be worth stopping for. Not a drive-through grab, but a real one — sliced from a well-cured board, piled high on bread baked that morning, with the kind of attention most places skip.

We cure our own pastrami and corned beef in-house, bake our sourdough from a 12-year starter, and pull every espresso shot to order. Our deli salads are made from scratch daily, and our catering platters are built the same way we'd build our own.
